    Railway Club Pasta Day is the Thursday special in the front bar of The Railway Club Hotel in Port Melbourne: the chef's choice of pasta, built around whatever is in season.

    Because the dish changes with the produce, it is never quite the same twice, which makes it a good one for regulars. The hotel runs a different special every day of the week, from Railway Club Steak Day on Wednesday to a Sunday roast.
